Where are products from Vitamineule® and Mach dich wach!® manufactured?

All our products are manufactured, packed and shipped exclusively in Germany.

Where do the raw materials used in your products come from?

The raw materials that are processed in our products also come from Germany. Only in the case of exotic products, which can only be obtained in tropical countries, the country of origin is different. Thus Guarana comes from the Amazon region, Spirulina from Burma and Curcuma from South Asia.

How long does the shipping take?

Orders from Germany are delivered within 1-3 working days. International orders are shipped just as fast, but usually take 1-2 business days longer to be shipped by the local post office.

How do you ensure high product quality?

All products are produced, assembled and packed in Germany according to the current standards DIN EN ISO / HACCP / FMV. Laboratory controls are carried out from the raw material to the final product to ensure high quality and product safety. For each product there is a certificate of marketability, which can be viewed on the respective product detail pages. Each batch of a product and each raw material is individually tested internally and externally. We have archived retained samples for every batch produced and can track the production process seamlessly at any time.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders received by 12:00 noon, in most cases the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon are shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on Mondays.

Which parcel service will deliver my order?

Orders from Germany are shipped with DHL. International orders will be shipped as Warenpost International with the German Post.

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?

If you did not receive an order confirmation, there may be a typing error in the email you entered when placing your order. Simply send us an email to kundenservice@mach-dich-wach.de or contact us in live chat and we will resend you the confirmation.

Will my order be shipped insured?

Yes, every delivery is insured. If it gets lost, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the DHL tracking link to your delivery.

Is delivery to packing stations possible?

Yes, this is possible without any problems. Simply enter the desired Packstation / postal branch and your postal number at the delivery address.

What payment methods are available?

In our shop you can pay with PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, invoice with Klarna, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and prepayment.

I live in Austria, Switzerland or in the EU area. Is shipping possible?

We are happy to ship your order within the EU or Switzerland. Shipping is free of charge and is insured and traceable as international shipping by the German postal service.

What does "Six months money-back guarantee" mean?

We offer a voluntary six-month money-back guarantee independent of the legal warranty rights. If you do not tolerate a product or are dissatisfied with it, you can return it free of charge within six months of purchase, even if the package has already been opened. A purchase of our products is therefore always possible without risk.

I am looking for a specific product but have not found it in the shop. Will you offer it soon?

We are constantly but carefully expanding our product portfolio. Before a new product is launched on the market, several months of development, testing and production pass. We regularly inform our customers about new products on our website, on Facebook or Instagram and sometimes in our newsletter. Follow us in the social media or sign up for our newsletter.

How often do I receive newsletters?

Unlike other companies, we rarely send out newsletters because we only share special news about new products or exclusive offers that are only valid for a short time. If you do not want to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Does your product really only contain what is on the package?

Our founding idea has always been to offer food supplements without artificial additives. This is made possible by a precise machinery with which we can produce all products without fillers, pressings or additives. We always use the most effective active ingredient for each product. For example, we use methylcobalamin for vitamin B12 and pure magnesium citrate for magnesium. Our raw materials can also score points behind the scenes thanks to their high effectiveness: Our OPC capsules contain an OPC extract with 100% active ingredient content. Our general rule is: quality before quantity. For each product, we use high-quality raw materials which, although they cost us more to purchase, are significantly better for our customers than conventional industrial active ingredients

Are all your products 100% natural?

We always use a natural ingredient whenever possible and also healthier than a synthetic version. In some individual cases we use synthetic ingredients, as they are better tolerated.

Do I get the German VAT back if I order from Switzerland?

We refund the German VAT of 7% on request if the value of an order is at least 100€. For small orders we cannot make a refund, because shipping to Switzerland is very expensive for us and we still want to offer our Swiss customers free shipping.

Are there any customs fees for orders to Switzerland?

Up to an order value of 200 Swiss francs there are no customs fees. If the order value is higher, several orders under 200 francs can be placed.
